Dua Before meals

When you start your meals recite this in the beginning:

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَعَلَى بَرَكَةِ اللَّهِ

On forgetting to recite this dua at the beginning, 

then recite the below dua:

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَوَّلِهِ وَآخِرِهِ
